By Ben Tufft For Mailonline. A controversial video showing young children in school uniforms dancing provocatively and twerking has been posted online - sparking outrage. Filmed in the city of Camaguey in central Cuba, miles east of Havana, it has now been viewed tens of thousands of times. Two girls, whose ages are not known, are seen dancing with two of their male classmates, replicating the moves seen on music videos. The girls are seen twerking and grinding against the young boys and bending down on the floor. At one point, the two girls even fight over one of the boys after the other disappears and he falls on the floor as they each pull at him.

We have three boys and one little girl. While I love being a Boy Mom to our sons, it has opened my eyes to many things. As a teacher, child development therapist, and mother, I can say that the teenage years are wonderful and scary all at the same time. Those late-night chats are the best ones we started these bedtime talks when they were young , even if it means that my dark circles are a little darker the next day. Most of my friends are parents to teenagers… many of them are parents to teen sons.

Those are different issues. The question I want to explore is how a parent should react if they discover their growing child — typically 12 or older — is deliberately looking at sexually explicit material on the Internet. There are a number of reasons why kids look at pornography. Interest in sex and voyeuristic behavior to satisfy sexual urges are completely normal. Whether the young person makes up images in his head, gets them from television shows, movies, magazines or images on the Internet, the process is much the same.
